FAQ: Delivery

What is the delivery time of my order?

The delivery time is mentioned on every product page after you selected the size and other parameters of the product.
Depending on availability of size and color, the time can vary from 48 hours up to 10 weeks for custom-made products.
When your item is ready to be shipped, you will receive a text message by our private carrier in order to confirm the delivery time and place.

How is my order placed online delivered?

The products you ordered are delivered at your chosen address by our private carrier, Skynet. Each order is hand delivered against signature.

Can I collect my jewel ordered online in one of your stores?

Any purchase made on our e-shop will be delivered to the address of your choice (home, work, family or friend) but cannot be delivered to a Mauboussin store.

How much is shipping?

Delivery is free for all the products of our catalogue, except the full gold wedding bands and the items sold during sales periods or private sales, for those, there will be a 15 Euros delivery fee.
Outside of metropolitan France and Corsica, the delivery fee is subject to a charge of 80 Euros.

Can I be delivered abroad?

Our private carrier delivers in many European countries for a 80 Euros fee. Find the list here after: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.
We do not deliver to the French Overseas Departments.
