To have the bracelet of your watch adjusted to fit the size of your wrist, we recommend you to measure your wrist and contact us to have your bracelet resized accordingly. Your watch will be safely sent to our workshop and the adjustment will be carried out at the workshop according to the size of your wrist.
For more complex models, it is within our workshops that Mauboussin watchmakers will readjust the size of the bracelet while respecting the delicacy of your watch. For these operations, we ensure a secure transport of your watch.
The mechanical components that compose your watch are constantly moving, thus leading to a natural attrition. To ensure an optimal lifespan of your Mauboussin watch, we recommend performing a complete service every 4 to 5 years.
During the assessment, the watchmakers perform an in-depth inspection of the movement, control and adjustment of bracelet and clasp, polishing of watch case, replacement of seals and check on water tightness, if necessary. Lastly, a final check is done on the functioning of the watch over a predefined period of time (48 to 96 hours depending on the model).

To restore its brilliance, our watchmakers use an ultrasonic cleaning device to polish your watch. On a day-to-day basis, we recommend you to handle your watch with gentle care, avoid shocks and clean it carefully with a soft, dry cloth.
