Delivery and Returns
- Your item will be delivered to you by our private carrier by hand against signature at the address indicated when your order was placed.
- You can send back your item for an exchange within 30 days after receiving your order, only if it has not been worn and still has its seal on.
- Refunds must be requested within 14 days after receiving your order. See the return procedures on your customer account.
